Beautiful beaches for all tastes. There are beaches with sand or pebbles, small bays protected by the wind, picturesque ports and many more locations ideal for relaxation, a swim in clear refreshing waters, fishing, scuba diving as well as excellent fish tavernas.

Just after Larymna you will come across the village of Proskynas which as a beautiful beach with pine trees. You will also find pretty beaches near the small town of Malesina which is a few km off the highway.

We also recommend the nearby bay of Agios Ioannis Theologos. The beaches here have spectacular waters and tavernas with fresh fish. Furthermore, the shallow sandy beach in the village Livanates is particularly popular.

You should also include a visit to the archeological site of Kynos. A bit further away (approx 1 km) you will find the pretty beach of Asproneri. We highly recommend visiting the beach of Kamena Vourla, one of the most popular summer resorts in central Greece. It is located on the southeast end of the Maliakos Gulf just below the green mountains of Knimi.

Here you can find beautiful beaches, excellent mountain trails, therapeutic springs and you can even cross over to the nearby islands of Lihadonisia and Stroggyli or the north coast of Evia.

The local cuisine is also worth trying while the nightlife is ideal for those looking for a more cosmopolitan vacation. The area has excellent hotels and other accommodation facilities.
